Coaches shape the lives of athletes. Coaches tend to identified as leaders in their communities. Coaches often serve and are identified by youth as serving secondary (or primary) father roles.

What you can do:

Attend training on Coaching Boys Into Men.
Lead by example. Talk to your kids about how they should treat women and model it.
Encourage athletic programs to promote gender equity.
Become a member of the Iowa Men’s Action Member
