MENTORS

The value of a good mentor is immeasurable when it comes to being able to inspire and promote social norm change – particularly among men. By sharing their insight and knowledge, a mentor can increase the awareness to the magnitude of violence against women. A good mentor can advise, support and help mentees avoid feelings of incompetence and isolation. A good mentor introduces others to the collaborative efforts of men and women in reducing gender violence.
