Currently, Andrea's primary concentration is twofold: developing ICADV's organizational presence across the state; and developing meaningful relationships in the community - individuals and businesses - to garner community-wide investment in ICADV's important work of preventing and ending domestic violence in Iowa. Joan has over 20 years of state and federal grant management experience.  Joan provides fiscal oversight and management of all financial functions of the Coalition including bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash draw-downs and all related banking activity.  In collaboration with the Executive Director and Finance Committee, Joan creates and manages the annual agency budget.  She prepares all the fiscal reporting, contract reviews and agreement renewals with government agencies, private foundations and corporations to ensure accuracy and compliance with the funding guidelines.
