Advocacy is important and easy.

ICADV and IowaCASA are thrilled that victim services were included in Governor Culver's budget at $4.18 million.

But the fight isn't over.  The State Senate and State House are now going over the budget line by line looking for places to cut.

What can you do?

Please contact the Iowa Senate and House leadership and urge them to support victims services by appropriating the $4.18 million included in the Governor's budget.  Click the legislator's names below for a printable post card that includes the details.

Or click here, give us your name and address, and we will send a post card on your behalf!

Add your personal message.  A few simple words will speak volumes.  ("I sure hope you will support this important cause." or "This matters to me.  I hope it does to you too.")  These post cards are addressed and ready to go!
